The Weight Loss Breeze Program

Author: Christian Goodman

Reviewed by Henriette Martel

Do you want to diet and go to the gym for the rest of your life to stay slim?

My answer was NO. I eat healthily and exercise moderately, walking and riding my bike. But as years are passing by, diet and exercise don’t seem sufficient to keep my weight down.

Weight gain should be taken seriously. It can lead to

  • Serious health problems such as diabetes, heart disease.
  • Employment discrimination e.g. obese people may not fit the company image.
  • Social stigma: Obese people are frowned upon and often labelled as lazy.
  • Low self-esteem: When you don't fit in trendy clothes, it’s depressing!
  • Loss of energy: An extra weight of 10 kilos can be likened to carrying a bag of potatoes of similar weight 24 hrs a day. Who wouldn’t be complaining of tiredness?

It’s not your fault if you’re overweighed.

If you’re like me, you never knew that …

Diet and exercise are not the only parts of the weight loss equation. Yes, ONE ingredient is missing!

“To burn anything you need three things: fuel (fat in this case), heat (our body heat) and oxygen (the air we breathe).

“Diets try to decrease the amount of new fuel added to the fire so our body burns fat instead of food. Work out program wants to increase the heat… but as far as I know, nobody else has tried to increase the amount of oxygen to the fire.” (Christian Goodman)

Ah Ha! The missing link… OXYGEN.

Just like people used bellows to blow air into the fire to make it burn more fiercely, could we draw more air to quickly burn our excess fat?

Did you know that...

  • 10% of our energy comes food and water and 90% from oxygen?
  • Our breathing gets rid of 80% of the toxic from our body?
  • The more oxygen we process, the more fat we’ll burn?

In the same line of thought, Anthony Robbins writes in his book 'Unlimited Power' that the power of breath is the first key to living health and that deep breathing oxygenates your body and activates the lymph system, draining off large toxic materials and excess fluid from your body.

Applying the deep breathing concept as a fundamental weight loss tool, Health Researcher Christian Goodman has developed ways to improve our breathing performance. The simple exercises from his Weight Loss Breeze Program will:

  • Relieve the tension around the lungs that restrict your breathing.
  • Open up and strengthen your breathing passages.
  • Retrain muscles to do their appropriate functions.
  • Restore your body balance including the natural spine shape.
  • Increase your intake of oxygen to burn fat effectively.

It's amazing how we can overlook our breathing as Number One natural fat burner and waste time and money with diets and gym memberships.

If oxygen deprivation is the main cause for poor metabolism and obesity, you can see the importance of retraining our body to burn fat effectively for permanent results.

This ebook may not be for you if you only believe in ‘No pain, no gain’ because the exercises are NOT strenuous and demanding but rather relaxing.

But if you welcome less stress, better sleep and permanent weight loss without breaking a sweat, I highly recommend ‘The Weight Loss Breeze Program’.
