Judging by these alarming statistics, snoring is common. Even children snore!
You are bound to know someone who snores.
So what can you do if you suffer from snoring? There are lots of anti-snoring products from nasal strips, decongestants to prescription medicine, mouth guards and CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) machines. Unless you go for surgery, these anti-snoring products treat the symptoms, leaving you in a dependency state. They don’t cure the problem at the root. Health Researcher Christian Goodman has developed simple exercises to stop snoring that you can do at home without any special equipment. With the 'The Stop Snoring Program', you'll learn to diagnose the cause of your snoring. There are five common causes e.g. weak jaw or soft palate with usually more than one cause blocking your breathing passage. Once you know what causes your snoring, you can then choose exercises
B) By time you can allocate to your daily exercises You can select from seven ready-made programs if you have 3, 7, 12, 18, 30 or 60 minutes or, more than an hour a day to exercise. Committing to an exercise program in not my strong point. But the exercises
are so easy and fun that I usually set aside 3 minutes and end up doing 18
minutes. Considering the financial, medical and social cost of snoring, 'The Stop Snoring Program' must be the cheapest and safest cure to snoring. Here's what I like about 'The Stop Snoring Program': • You can diagnose the cause of your snoring.
It's difficult to believe that simple exercises such as a fake yawning can open your throat or that two sleeping positions could diminish 90% of snoring the very first night you use them. Why were those practical exercises kept secret? There must be a conspiracy to cover up this inexpensive simple cure that could kill a lucrative industry of anti-snoring products and devices. P.S. What's more, you don't need to be a habitual snorer to benefit from clear breathing airways and a restful night. ©ebookcritiks.com. All rights reserved.
